Maria Ozawa fitness and health tips

Hi, loves. Maria Ozawa here! Today, I will give you several fitness and health tips that you can include in your exercise routine. These are what I do to keep my frame toned and sexy. 

 Remember to warm up and cool down. These are important so that your muscles would not feel sore after working out. This prevents torn muscle injuries as well. 

 Stretching is a versatile exercise that can be part of your warmup, main routine, or your cooldown. Dynamic stretches are recommended for warmups, while you can do light static stretches as cooldown. 

 If you are starting a new program, do not overexert yourself. This may cause injuries which can hamper your progress. Do lesser reps or sets just so you can initially figure your fitness level. You can also do easier variations so that your body would get used to the activity first. 

 Finally, and this is something that is sometimes overlooked: do not work out with an empty stomach. This may cause you to faint or feel tired much earlier. Eat a chocolate bar 30 minutes before you begin to give you that extra energy boost.
