Weekend market at Chatuchak, Bangkok, Thailand

Chatuchak Market is the largest market in Thailand, and when Maria Ozawa visited on a weekend, she went there (more than 15 000 stands).

Getting around requires a map because it is so big.

Everything from apparel to footwear to jewelry to tourist trinkets and beyond can be found at this market. In addition, the food section is quite sizeable, as one might expect.

In Bangkok, the most well-known market is undoubtedly Chatuchak.

You do not have to worry about missing out on the famous “I Love Bangkok” t-shirts and elephant key rings if you visit Bangkok on a weekday (as opposed to a weekend) because they can be found on the commercial streets and in the shopping centers throughout the city.

Shibuya at Tokyo, Japan

So, it makes sense that Japan, her country of birth, is another of her favorite travel destinations.

Well, I visit the Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium for the TotalEnergies BWF World Championships 2022! I tried a super cool photobooth, took pictures with fans, and cheered my heart out!

Due to a prior commitment, I was unable to watch the second half, but I could hear three distinct shouts from those watching on their phones.

From what I knew the fans of Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik were especially enthused because they made history by becoming the first Malaysians to ever win an event at the BWF World Championships.

The Malaysian team defeated their Indonesian neighbors Mohammad Ahsan and Hendra Setiawan in the men’s doubles final of the TotalEnergies BWF World Championships 2022, 21-19, 21-14.

It was the most amazing sensation ever. The entire stadium broke out in applause. It was incredible.
